OUR RESPONSE TO
COVID-19 (CORONAVIRUS)

At Orlando's, quality and cleanliness are two of the most important aspects of how we run our business. We strive to ensure every customer enjoys the meal they eat with us, and that they leave feeling safe and satisfied with their experience.

In light of recent health concerns regarding COVID-19, also known as Coronavirus, we want to ensure our customers and fans that we are continuing to do everything we can to maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe environment. These measures include:

- Frequent hand-washing for all of our employees.

- Sanitizing dishes and surfaces with the recommended bleach solutions after every use.

- Requiring employees who don't feel well to remain at home.

In an effort to reduce the spread of the Coronavirus, it was declared by the governor of Washington State that a temporary ban on dine-in services at bars and restaurants go into affect. Therefore, we will be closing our bar and lobby until further notice.

However, our commitment to offering quality food to our community is strong, especially in a time when services are becoming more and more limited. So we will be offering a special menu for online, drive-up, and pick-up ordering. 

As always, be assured that every employee is following all recommended cleanliness and sanitation practices in our kitchen, so you and your family can have peace of mind for the health and safety of your home.

We all must do our part to stifle the spread of Coronavirus. So we encourage all patrons and community members to follow recommended health and safety practices as well before, during, and after being in public spaces. And if you're not feeling well, please remain at home and consult a doctor if you're experiencing flu-like symptoms.
